Bruzze Brewing

Bruzze Brewing is a small craft brewery in Eatonton, near Lake Oconee, founded by Mike and Peggy after they began homebrewing in 2018 with the goal of opening a brewery within five years. Their early development included homebrew competitions and brewery-focused travel, experiences they used to refine both recipes and the concept before settling in Eatonton. Bruzze’s tap list spans approachable lagers alongside styles such as Irish red ale, hefeweizen, stout, and hop-forward IPAs, giving the brewery a broader range than its lake-life branding might suggest. The taproom also has its own food menu, including sandwiches, pretzel bites, flatbreads, and other casual fare.
