Grizzle Beer

Grizzle Beer is a craft brewery in downtown Monroe, located inside the restored J.L. McGarity Ford Building, an early-20th-century former automobile factory and showroom. The brewery combines that historic industrial setting with a modern taproom designed around different kinds of visits, from quieter seating nooks and board-game-friendly spaces to a larger bar and event area. Co-owner Joe Grizzle brought years of homebrewing and Colorado beer-industry experience to the project, while co-owner and head brewer Erin Boydstun has a professional brewing background. Visitors can also make use of outdoor seating, including a Broad Street patio, and the brewery accommodates entertainment and community gatherings.
