Slow Pour Brewing Company

Slow Pour Brewing Company is an independent brewery in Lawrenceville’s Depot District, just off the historic downtown square. Opened in 2017 as Gwinnett County’s first brewery, it grew from a homebrewing project started by founders Marty Mazzawi and John Reynolds. The brewery occupies a renovated former garment factory, giving the taproom a setting that reflects the area’s industrial past. Visitors can choose among a 3,000-square-foot tasting room, the lounge-style Nostalgia Room, and a landscaped beer garden with an outdoor stage. Slow Pour brews a mix of styles that includes hop-forward ales, lagers, and other rotating offerings, but the venue itself is a major part of the experience. Its combination of indoor gathering spaces and a substantial outdoor area makes it well suited to both casual visits and larger social outings.
