Schoolhouse Brewing is a Marietta brewery built around experimentation, with a brewing program that intentionally avoids permanent flagship beers and repeating recipes. Founded by former educators, the brewery carries its classroom theme into both the beer and the visitor experience, emphasizing small-batch creativity and hands-on learning. It also operates a full-service homebrew shop, making it an unusual combination of production brewery, taproom, and brewing-supply destination. The Marietta taproom includes a large patio, games, and an in-house pinball arcade, giving visitors plenty to do beyond sampling beer. Schoolhouse does not operate a kitchen, but guests may bring in or order outside food.
