Service Brewing Co

Service Brewing Co. is a veteran-owned craft brewery in Savannah, founded in 2014 by former Army commander Kevin Ryan and artist Meredith Sutton. The brewery pairs a year-round lineup spanning IPAs, lagers, wheat ales, and pilsners with seasonal releases and a small-batch research-and-development program whose experimental beers are available only in the taproom. Its military connection is central to the business: Service directs a portion of taproom beer sales toward organizations supporting veterans and first responders. The open taproom, designed by Sutton with inspiration from Ryan’s military experiences, is both family- and pet-friendly. Visitors can drink on site, purchase cans to go, and experience a brewery where charitable fundraising and ongoing beer experimentation are integral to its identity.
