Smooth Brewing Co

Smooth Brewing Co. is a craft brewery and taproom in downtown Bainbridge, Georgia, built around founder Drew Kelley’s progression from homebrewing to opening a commercial brewery. Kelley began brewing after receiving a small starter kit as an anniversary gift, then moved from extract brewing into all-grain batches while developing his recipes over several years. The taproom combines house-brewed beer with duckpin bowling, which uses smaller pins and lighter balls than traditional bowling. Visitors can also expect a patio and a setting intended to accommodate families during the day as well as a more social atmosphere later on. Smooth Brewing’s mix of brewing and on-site recreation makes it more than a conventional tasting room, with duckpin bowling serving as its clearest point of distinction.
