Towerhouse Farm Brewery

Towerhouse Farm Brewery is a farm-focused brewery in the historic downtown area of Gay, Georgia. Its brewing program is closely tied to the surrounding property: the brewery uses naturally filtered water from aquifers beneath the farm, has cultivated hops on site, and has experimented with growing barley toward a long-term goal of producing beer entirely from farm-grown ingredients. The current taproom occupies a restored 1911 building with preserved ties to the property’s agricultural and commercial past. Visitors can choose from indoor seating, a covered patio, a biergarten, an event barn, and an adults-only lounge with pool tables. The grounds also include an 18-hole disc golf course. Along with its own beer, the taproom serves cocktails and wine, making Towerhouse as much a destination for its historic farm setting as for its small-batch brewing.
