Currahee Brewing Company – Clayton

Currahee Brewing Company’s Clayton taproom brings the brewery’s Appalachian roots to downtown Clayton in North Georgia. Currahee has operated since 2016, with its main production brewery in Franklin, North Carolina, and additional Georgia locations. Its beer lineup centers on European-inspired ales and lagers while also ranging into IPAs, wheat beers, and other styles. The Clayton location occupies a renovated former auto shop that has been converted into a brewery and tasting room. The space includes a private event area, pool tables, Golden Tee, and a large covered front porch, giving it a more recreational taproom feel than a traditional tasting room alone. Its central downtown setting also makes it convenient for visitors exploring Clayton and the surrounding North Georgia mountains.
