Talking Rock Brewery

Talking Rock Brewery is a small craft brewery in Talking Rock, Georgia, built around one of the town’s former train cars. The brewery began renovating the railcar in 2020 and opened in January 2021, with its beer brewed on site in the train-car setting. Visitors can sit inside the car or outside on a deck and covered pavilion, giving the taproom a distinctly railroad-oriented character that fits the town’s setting. The brewery is family-friendly, with board games, arcade games, and cornhole available, while dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio. Talking Rock Brewery does not operate a kitchen, though snacks and nonalcoholic drinks are available and Boxcar Grill is located next door. The tap list spans a range of traditional and contemporary beer styles.
